I cannot say enough good things about Gabe! From the very beginning, he took the time to explain everything to me, answer all of my questions, and truly listen to my concerns. He never made me feel rushed or like I was being difficult, he genuinely wanted to make sure I understood everything and, most importantly, that I was comfortable. He was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire denture process, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything fit properly and felt right. You can tell that Gabe genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of care and compassion makes such a huge difference. I am so thankful I had Gabe helping me through this experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing dentures. He is truly amazing at what he does!Now for the office as a whole! The entire staff has been absolutely wonderful! Everyone is friendly, welcomes you in by name, patient, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. They made what could have been an uncomfortable or stressful experience feel easy and positive. You can truly tell they care about their patients, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and professionalism I experienced from the whole team!

The staff are very kind and compassionate (especially to someone like me with a lot of dental anxiety). They listen to me more than other dentists have and care what I have to say. They are also mindful of financial difficulties and try to make a plan with you. I am always grateful that they’re willing to check pricing and answer my concerns rather than just hit me with a large bill. Very great experiences every time I go.

Everyone here went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new dentures and I know they did more than what my insurance payed for. I was told that I deserved it. Hands down best dental care I received in 41 years! From the staff to the dentist extremely polite and caring. I went in Monday with a cracked tooth got it extracted same day. Was having complications they took me right back in and got me back on track with care. I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for the care !

Best dental service and work I have ever had.Amazing staff

I had two caps redone and a broken tooth replaced. These were upper teeth and included 1 front tooth (cap) that I'd had for years and years and was never happy with (another dentist decades ago). I am absolutely ecstatic with how everything came out. Very natural and the price with my insurance was very fair. All in one visit! These guys do great work!

This is hands down the best place to get your work done. The whole team is AWESOME. Never thought dental work could be done in this fashion. Highly recommended. Big smiles everyone!!!

Very happy with my overall experience at this office. I am usually pretty nervous when it comes it dental work and often put it off because of past experiences, but the assistant Brinkley and Dr.Franklin answered my questions/concerns and helped me feel at ease during the whole appointment. I think I have found my new go to place for dental visits in the future!

I had a crown done at another office for my upper right tooth and I knew that at some time I would probably need a root canal.Well, what do you know, I started having discomfort. Went to Dr Franklin and he did the root canal and the experience was awesome! I have no discomfort at all after the procedure. He was gentle and caring.His assistant and he were like a well oiled machine as they took care of me. I highly recommend this office if you are in pain.
