I absolutely love this company! I had them install my garage door a couple of years ago. Today, while cleaning my garage I knocked one of the sensor wires loose. They came to my place within less than an hour. Fixed the wire, greased all the joints, and it was absolutely the best customer service I think I have ever experienced.

I highly recommend this company. I returned home last night from a business trip, opened my garage, tried to shut it and it came off the tracks, the coil mechanism wire also unravaled. I called Garage Door Service. Eli arrived at my home at 930 PM and fixed my garage door in an hour. I was so impressed that I had him come back again today to replace some old parts (track wheels) on my other garage door as preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this company. Their level of service and response time is great.

I called about 6 different companies and David was willing to match/beat the other prices I had been quoted by other companies. He was able to have a technician out to fix our broken spring on our garage door almost immediately after I called. The technician, Aaron, was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Aaron fixed our garage door and cleaned up in about an hour. As a person with limited mobility, I store my accessible van and scooter in our garage. Without our garage door working, I can't get to work. I was so relieved to have everything taken care of so quickly and with minimal stress.

Absolutely exceptional! Came in a snow storm. Mike was our garage technician, and did an incredible job replacing new springs, bearing and shaft on our garage door. He was quick, efficient, and explained what was wrong and what he was doing advised tune up once a years. We had a nightmare situation the other day when our garage door would not open at 5 AM in the morning and we desperately needed to leave. We tried our best to figure it out ourselves and then called this service at about 6 AM, Mike came out within the hour and had it all fixed an hour later. What a great guy and definitely knew exactly what to do right away. Really appreciate the true emergency service, as I called a couple of other places first and even though they said they had‘24 emergency service’ they had to wait until they opened at 9 AM to contact a technician. That’s not what I call emergency service. Thank you Mike for how great you were to us and getting to our house so quickly and at an ungodly hour on a Saturday! We would absolutely recommend this company and especially Mike!

I had Mike as my technician and he was great! He coordinated with me for the initial inspection, showed up to evaluate the door and my issues, then gave me options. I later called them and selected one of the two.Mike came back out later that week and knocked out the torsion conversion swiftly and smoothly. Their prices are reasonable and straightforward, too.A few days after the repair, I had another issue with the door (unrelated to his repair). Mike came back out and solved this new issue quickly and cost-effectively!One of the things I really appreciated with Mike is that he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. When I asked for honest feedback and ways forward with my current door, he gave it to me straight.
