Not sure where to start except that Croft Castrell has been literally life changing for me! I have dealt with decades of lower back pain, and have tried almost everything that I can think of. I have been seen over the years by multiple Chiropractors, tried Acupuncture with three different therapists, consulted with Orthopedics, pain management clinics, with the last one giving me steroid shots for two years.In all of that time, nobody has addressed the cause, they've only tried to counter the symptoms. I have not had a shot in my back for over 8 months. The fact that I can go through a single day pain free has been a paradigm shift mentally. We're not quite there just yet, but it has been a night and day difference from where I started. I'm finally optimistic about my future again, and am now looking forward to having the freedom to do things with my family and friends that I've refrained from over the years. He is magical! I'm half way through the therapeutic package (which helps reduce the per visit cost) and thought this would a good time to provide an update.I've had lower back pain for a while and thanks to the extensive consultation and evaluation, Croft was able to identify and show me where my issues were coming from. I basically have 4 moderate areas that need addressing. Croft will go over the details and prioritize which areas to tackle first and more importantly why.After the first session, I felt great. I had movement and mobility that I hadn't had in years and quiet frankly forgot that's how our bodies should be moving. My sacrum had been stuck where performing figure fours or cobras (in pilates/yoga) was near impossible. Now that I can move/bend/twist with a greater degree of rotation, these movements and thus the classes are much more enjoyable and challenging in the way it should be.I've seen considerable improvement with every visit. It is intense at times as the movement of the body (rotation/mobility/etc) is reconfiguring. As those 'moderate areas' start to realign, expect realigning to happen elsewhere until full head to toe alignment occurs. My left knee tended to turn in, with the sacrum finding mobility, my left knee felt very wobbly doing squats and other exercises I had not problem performing before. This is probably because my sacrum/hip alignment had improved that my knee needed to play catch up. Just be mindful of how you had done those movements before and engage slowly as you relearn proper form and technique with the new underlying alignment.Lastly the homework is crucial to not only maintain the benefit of the sessions, but to help facilitate the future sessions (2 steps forward, 1 step back when omitting the homework exercise).

Despite the use of various esoteric techniques and devices, I didn’t feel the approach was grounded in a solid understanding of pain and movement. The focus also seemed to lean toward selling packages rather than fully understanding my condition. At this price point, I expected more.

I have had kyposis in my mid back all of my life. I have found that Croft has been much more helpful in helping me straighten the midback than any chiropractor or physical therapist I have been to. He also helped me with an crook in my back as well. I can highly recommend him to anyone suffering from Kyposis and/or other neck, back and hip issues.
