David has worked on two projects for me. The most recent project was a full gut rehab of a Philly rowhouse. The condition of the property was hard to ascertain beyond knowledge of extensive water damage. Dymor Construction was very professional and did an awesome job on my hardwood floors . The plan was to remove carpet from the bedroom floors but after pulling up the carpet we found the floors to be in perfect condition, they sanded the floors and made them look brand new. After a flood in my basement, they replaced the carpet and installed hardwood floor in my office , everything was done perfect and in a timely. Highly recommended! Less
