I have been seeing Navdeep for pelvic floor therapy. This treatment made a significant difference in an area of my health that isn’t always easy to talk about. The care was professional, discreet, and very effective—I felt comfortable throughout the process and saw real results.I would have appreciated a bit more explanation at times, just to better understand the process, but overall it was still a very positive experience.I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for support in a sensitive area.

Can not say enough good things, if you are in need of pelvic floor physio therapy or just have questions this is hands down the best place to go. Navdeep is extremely knowledgeable and an overall great person to deal with. The ladies at the front desk are always courteous and helpful.

I had such a great experience with Huda! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She really listens to what your body needs and tailors the massage to focus on problem areas without it feeling rushed or routine. I left feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Huda to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, and thoughtful massage therapist.

I highly recommend Emerald Hills, especially for pelvic floor therapy. Navdeep is a very relaxed and caring therapist, from the start I felt very comfortable. She explains each step, ensures your comfort and that you understand everything. The staff are all very friendly, which is greatly appreciated. Overall a great experience I’m so glad I did.

I’ve seen Navdeep for both pelvic floor physio and back/hip related problems throughout the past couple of years and have had a wonderful experience. I’ve been to other pelvic floor therapists - for both pre and post natal concerns - whom I thought did a good job, however I appreciated the level of care Navdeep had in explaining what was going on and the exercises needed to address concerns. Similarly, I’ve been very happy with the therapy I’ve received for back issues. The pain in my back has immediately improved after getting targeted exercises and receiving treatments in office. Something I like about Emerald Hills Physio is they don’t just give you a list of exercises to do and watch you complete them, which I feel is the equivalent of doing a simple google search. They take the time to provide many different treatments while you are there which leaves you feeling relaxed, taken care of and in less pain than when you walked in.
