I had a great experience at Express Family Care’s Cave Spring location. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. I was impressed with how quickly I was seen without feeling rushed.The entire team was professional, caring, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Most importantly, I left feeling much better than when I arrived. It’s reassuring to know there’s a clinic that provides such excellent care with kindness and efficiency. I highly recommend Express Family Care to anyone looking for quality medical care!

Dr Alligood and the staff here are incredible. In the past I have had other experiences where I feel like an inconvenience or I feel like the staff is rushing through my visit to get it over with. That has genuinely never happened here. They are great people who listen and make me feel confident in their recommendations and advice. I highly recommend!

70 year old here. I had a pretty gnarly laceration on my hand from a fall on some loose brick chips surrounding my home. Took 9 stitches to close wound. Got great professional treatment (& communication) from Morgan and Jennifer. My experience could not have been better. Good job ladies.PS, thank you for your smiles throughout!
