The Baklinski team worked hard to give us what we wanted in our bathroom remodel and they totally succeeded. Andrew was courteous and encouraging when he came to do the estimate. His natural manner and genuine approach to help us create our vision sold us from the beginning. Our project manager Alex was simply the best. He was thoughtful, thorough, cheerful and skilled. Alex payed attention to detail, he wasn’t satisfied until everything was just right. Alex went above and beyond expectations. His communication skills are top notch. He explained procedures thoroughly. Alex was present all through the project, often coming before, during and after subcontractors to make sure the work was satisfactory. Lexi in the business office answered questions quickly and with kindness. Ed had a handle on all of our needs. He had high standards, a pleasant demeanor and took time to explain things thoroughly. Shout out to Joey who took on any task with positivity. Our end product is fabulous and getting there with this team was a joy. Highly recommended

Smooth process from start to finish to resurface/repair multiple countertops (5 in total) in kitchen; I could not have asked for a better process. The countertop had chips and substantial etched, stained & dull surfaces (see before pic). Yet even with all the damage, in the end, the refinished countertops are like new (see after pic). Even I need the before pictures to try & guess where the damage had been on the countertop. Easiest assignment of five stars for process and outcome possible.

Baklinski Home Improvement is a great company to work with on your projects. They adjusted a couple of doors after we had carpet installed. We had to make adjustments to the schedule due to problems with the carpet installers and Baklinski was so cooperative about the problem. Thank you Melissa for your great customer service. Then when they got here things were still being held up by other contractors and which added to the job. Jeremy had to carry doors up and down stairs to make adjustments, he was so kind and just took it in stride. Work was done perfectly and with a smile. I have other jobs for Baklinski and would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Excellent!

Had several issues hanging around and had Jeremy at Baklinski come out and see to them. He was fast and solved all the problems with minimal fuss. Fixed the toilet instead of replacing all the guts. Improved the disposal functioning without replacing the disposal. Got all the windows opening properly, freeing up painted-shut ones. I had visions of needing to replace them. We're very happy!

We had a great experience working with this team to build our custom backyard shed/pottery studio. They were friendly, communicative, and very easy to work with from start to finish. Randy was especially helpful—always responsive, patient with my evolving ideas, and willing to accommodate changes along the way. The craftsmanship is excellent and I’m very happy with the final result. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a shed builder or small structure contractor.

We contracted Baklinski Home Improvement to repair and remodel the shower room that had failed shower pan and leaked to the living room underneath. Prior to contacting them, I had called a few contractors that either way overpriced or had a hard time communicating. Andrew was very pleasant to talk to and we were able to negotiate a price I felt was reasonable. The proposal was detailed and I understand what the scope of the work will be. People that worked on the project were knowledgeable. They explained what they are doing and answer my questions and concerns. The project in the end concluded to my satisfaction. Overall I do recommend their service.
