This was my first time dealing with N.E. Building & Restoration LLC. David(owner) came out to my house and met with me personally in Rehoboth, MA. He is a very pleasant and down to earth contractor and person. He listened to my concerns, which were cost, my goals and financial situation. I have had an active minor leak due to improper procedures on the previous roof. After some discussion, we were able to easily work out a VERY fair price and applied for financing through his company. This company was able to get out to my home and re-roof us within 1 week. That is truly what everyone wants in a job, done now. The materials and dumpster arrived within 1 day as David said it would and, after some weather issues, the crew was here within 3 days. Super fast turnover. The crew was thorough and "well oiled". At 7 AM, stripping started and I had a whole new roof and a cleaner front yard than they arrived to by 3:30PM. The roof is beautiful and done correctly and there were no hiccups along the way, unseen issues were addressed and dealt with as they arose. This was not a straight forward roof job as it contains a large portion of low slope roof( less than 2 pitch or 2 inch drop for every 12 inches in length), therefore it requires a different material than traditional roofing and the crew dealt with it well. Correct procedures were used and professionally done, as the two surfaces are blended perfectly. I would highly recommend giving David a call for your home improvement projects. He will work to get it done for you. I am very pleased with the outcome and other than having to actually pay for a new roof, I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice of contractor. We got a roof replacement on our home and garage in Cranston. I can't believe it was not only fished in 1 day, but they left the yard and driveway so clean afterwards. They have their system down! Dave was great. I called him for an estimate for a roof repair and I explained to him what the insurance company had given me(which was very low). Dave came by and checked it out and was not a pushy sales person. Dave displayed confidence and he and his team were ultimately able to get a fair value for the repairs that needed to be done. The roof replacement was done efficiently and on time. No complaints, no complications, super happy with the work. The gutter replacement was started 2 days later. They found some rotting wood underneath some of the old gutters that needed replacement. Once the wood was replaced and painted, they were there the next day to put up the rest of the gutters. There is no complaint of any sort of roof damage or leaking. I reached out to Dave and his team for a roof replacement a few months back knowing it needed to be done sooner rather than later. I did some research and decided on NE Building & Restoration LLC based on their previous reviews and the portfolio of the projects he has done in the North Attleboro area. After a few weeks after our initial meeting, Dave and his wife came to my house and surprised me with a plaque indicating their suppliers and partners were going to provide me with a free roof in appreciation for my service in the Marine Corps. I was in shock and could not believe it. When the time came to do the replacement, the contractors showed up and performed outstanding work and they were very fast as well.
