Brilliant Spaces has been, well, brilliant! I was anxious about the process, but the walk-through before the first cleaning set my mind at ease. I got to ask all my questions and point out all the areas I wanted cleaned (and those I wanted left alone!). Everyone I've communicated with has been lovely, and the two cleaners I've met were both professional and thorough! Brilliant Spaces has also been great about staying in contact and answering any and all of my queries so fast! If you're nervous about hiring cleaners, I absolutely recommend them! [Edit to add: I'm now a couple years into having Brilliant Spaces clean our apartment, and they continue to be an absolute joy and do a fabulous job!]

Always so pleasant to enter our home after the team has been in. I appreciate the team dedication from owner to office staff to front line. Also, they tell me how much they appreciate me. I am honest when something is not quite right and they hear me out, educate staff and all great again. In all the years I can easily count on 1 hand how many times this was required.
