I had a great experience at DexaFit Nashua. Getting a DEXA scan gave me a clear starting point and a much better understanding of my body composition than a scale alone could provide. It gives you something concrete to track and helps keep you focused on your goals. If you’re serious about improving your health or fitness, having a baseline like this is incredibly motivating. Did the DEXA and the VO2 Max. Great experience! Learned SO much. Not remotely like a regular doctor visit where it’s in and out in 15 minutes. Stew spent a long time going over every section of the results - what they mean and how to improve them. Super low cost makes it a ridiculously great value for all of the information you get. No brainer to get this done. Highly recommended.

Not only was the exam done in under 6 minutes the sit down afterwards to go over the results on the wide screen was a great session. I am very pleased with my visit today.

2nd visit 6 months later and had another amazing experience! The amazing staff not only went over but made sure i understood all the changes between the two scans which really let me see all the improvements my hard work has gotten me. Theres so much more incite than a number on a scale could give me. New goals have been set and I will definitely be back in 6 months to see my progress!!Fantastic experience!!I recently lost 265lbs and really wanted to get a baseline of where my body was at. I had high hopes when scheduling and I'll tell you what I was not disappointed at all. My expectations were definitely exceeded!Super clean and inviting facility and staff and best of all they made sure i had a complete understanding of everything we had gone over.I will definitely be back every 6 months to track my progress and to hold myself accountable.10 out of 10 recommend!!

DEXAFIT in Nashua was great. This was my 2nd go around. They did an amazing job comparing the tests with the previous testing and explanations of the results. I highly recommend this place.
