This place is fantastic, I wish I knew about them a long time ago. I have been to 2 other PT places and didn't get the hands on attention that I needed. From the minute you walk in the door your greated with warm ,friendly smiles and you feel comfortable and welcomed. My therapist works hands on, which is what I need, machines don't work for me..she takes her time and I'm relaxed and my needs are met. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am going to Sport & Spine in Exeter NH for treatment after surgical repair of a shattered right kneecap. My leg was held straight in a rigid brace while the bone fragments rejoined. Angela Hamel started by working with massage therapy on the stiff knee area and exercises for strength and balance on the whole leg. The brace was removed after 3 months, and she is continuing with massage and manipulation of the knee to encourage flexibility and creative exercises for bending, strength and balance. Angela's care and attention to detail - her tireless massage and gentle pressure to get my knee to bend further and her positive and supportive attitude have been essential in achieving the huge progress we have made.The atmosphere at Sport and Spine (formerly Kate Schwarz Physical Therapy) is friendly and supportive, the therapists are dedicated. I have been a patient here several times over the last 15 years and highly recommend this group to anyone needing physical rehabilitation.
