Bette's came through for us for the second year in a row and we couldn't be more pleased. Our event was scheduled pre-blizzard and Bette's reassured us that we can depend on them. They were true to their word. They sent us a great obstacle course and a fun game and the ordering and delivery process were a pleasure with the people at Bette's. Highly recommend!

The best place to get your bounce house! We order one every year for our block party and are always treated well. Jordan is great and knows how to deal with demanding customers. I appreciate your patience!

We were very pleased with the rock wall we rented from Bette's! It was crucial to our 3 day event and it was perfect. The workers that managed the wall were great at getting the children and teens in the harnesses and were gentle and kind with how they addressed all involved.

I called on the day of the party, and once again, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN!Less than an hour, they were there coming to set up!The lady whom answer the call was super nice & professional, The guys who came to set up the Water Slide was fantastic!! The teens had a ball!I had to call back to switch the location from where it was originally placed, & sure enough, they came out in a flash!I used them years ago a couple of times and decided to try them years later ,andonce again, they showed up and made it happen. Look no further, their prices & services are UNMATCHED!

This is the 3rd year, in a row, we have used Bette's! This year "someone" forgot to add the wording we wanted on the reservation, as well as, request a flash drive to keep as memory. We simply made a call and they fixed it so the words be on all the pics (an hour before our event started) and I got my flash drive in the mail today! The men that set everything up are professional and they enjoy coming to set up. They break everything down quickly and quietly too. Customer Service is important to me and they are top tier. I appreciate the relationship we've grown through renting annually and we will see you next year!!!!Shep & Kim Garner

This was the best investment for my daughter’s 3rd birthday! She absolutely loved playing on this from the moment it was set up till the moment it was taken down. She loves the water and loves slides even more! Definitely a must have at your next birthday party, event, etc. for all ages!
