Great group of people and RV's. When my camper ended up in shop longer than expected I needed to rent something last minute. Had a nice selection of models. I rented a Class A (2022 ACE 27').Reservation was easy and the woman in the office was very helpful with my questions. The walk-through / check-out was easy and the rental unit was nice and clean and easy to drive and use. Had one tech question during trip which was promptly addressed with a phone call (user error issue). Will rent again! Less

When we saw the astronomical prices hotels were charging for Penn State graduation, we had to think outside the box and decided to rent a sprinter van for the weekend. It was so comfortable and easy to drive. When we hit unexpected traffic and were running late for the ceremony, we were able to pull right into the parking lot, run to the back of the van to change and freshen up, and we walked in the door just as the graduation began. An added bonus, my daughter moved out of her house that weekend and we were able to throw all the boxes and bags in the van and bring it home with us. Win Win! Less

We have been working with Carefree RV to purchase a new fifth wheel, and in the maintenance and sale of our Class C RV.When we did the walk-through for our new RV at an area dealership, Cheyney attended with us and identified an electrical issue that would have required a warranty repair, but was instead fixed before delivery. He has also kept our Class C in good working order. Christine in the front office is pleasant to deal with and very prompt in answering questions.
