Where to begin, I approached Sarah after seeing her board outside my neighbours house, after first contact and explaining my circumstances Sarah could not have been more professional. This was my first house sale and I explaining to Sarah that this was a difficult time period of my life. She could not of been more understanding, not only professional but extremely sincere. The property was professionally photographed and was on the market extremely quickly, It took Sarah 10 days from listing to viewing and an offer excepted, I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received.
