Due to having major shoulder replacement surgery Ben sent out a tow truck to collect my car and it was returned back to me after the repairs. Could not fault the professionalism of the repairs. I had someone hit my car in the night parked visiting my partners home. Devastated I had two people I personally know recommend to take my car here. I had my calls and talks with Luke who was honest and quoted me without feeling ripped off by thousands from other places I’ve had quotes from. Dropping my car off and two days after my car was fixed and back to its original self. Customer service and all were amazing and I’m very thankful to those I knew to recommend me to them and thank the guys there for fixing my car.

I am so thankful to Ben & Luke! Having been involved in a no fault accident, I called them after being referred by a friend. Immediately, Ben took over everything including finding me a hire car which relieved all stress! After 2 weeks, my other car was involved in a no fault accident. Hidden gem of the west, and I almost missed them out.Looking around for a reputable panel beater for a non-insurance job, where the area of repair isn't the most straightforward, and some panel shops have also refused to touch. Met Luke, who pop me in for the repair and got me out the very next day. Even offered to fetich me to the nearest train station after i dropped the car off.Job was honestly one of the best done, these guys' service should be the industry standard, kept updated throughout the process. Really like the clean and organised workshop, and workflow.Price matched, easy to chat, and transparent. Earned themselves a long term customer now.
