Couldnt be happier with the job Ben did for my MB. External sill panel fixed without needing a total replacement. Buffed out the bumper and polished the fine scratches around the door handles. I was looking around the area for a repair shop and contacted a dozen looking for a reasonable quote. Within an hour of submitting a request for a quote online, I was immediately texted by Ben who was very courteous and gave me the exact and direct answers to the questions I wanted answered. Communication was top notch before my car went into the shop as well as the time it was in the shop. Compared to other shops that contacted me later, I was quoted one and a half times or nearly double the price compared to the one Ben gave me. I sent the car in on the Monday and despite being there being a public holiday on the Friday, Ben and his team also made sure to get the car back to me on the Thursday so I could get up and going during the long weekend. Extremely impressed with the customer service and thrilled with the job the team did despite the short 3 day turnaround as the car looked brand new and like there had never been any damage to it at all.I would high recommend this repair shop for anyone looking for great customer service at a great price.

There's a thing called the "Porsche tax". My car suffered shopping centre scuff mark to its bumper. Long story short, a panel beater next to Highpoint saw the Porsche and talked up all the troubles with the repair, including colour match and talked up the cost. I then found myself at Lacey Street. Long story, real, real short, they saw the damage and not the the badge. Car repaired and painted the next day for way, way less than the other quote and no problems with colour matching etc. A good crew to deal with. Highly recommended
