I love the workouts and the timing. The workouts are challenging and never boring and the music is awesome. 45min goes by very quickly! Staff offer correction, encouragement and support as needed. A very professional atmosphere that is motivating and positive. Highly recommend!

This gym is solid. I’ve been member for almost 3 years and I highly recommend it for anyone. My husband is constantly challenged in the bootcamp classes, and both of my teen daughters train here specifically to improve in their sports.Norman’s personal training is next level. He is very passionate, puts in the time, pushes you when you need it, and keeps you accountable- the results speak for themselves... and for some healthy, high protein meals and snacks..check out Stacey’s recipes ❤️

It took me forever to find the perfect gym in the Aurora, Newmarket area, but ever since I’ve joined I’ve been extremely happy! Norman and Stacey are amazing and super supportive. I would highly recommend trying it out, the community is super welcoming and encouraging.
