After inspecting our roof, he explained that we had significant storm damage and felt confident we qualified for a full roof replacement through insurance.Initially, the insurance company only wanted to approve a partial roof replacement. I had been working with numerous other contractors over the years to get my roof replaced due to the hail & rain damage. None of these contractors were able to assist me with submitting the claim & getting it approved through my insurance company until Geoff Goodall with Modern Roofing knocked on my door one day & was willing to help me with the process to get my roof replaced. I was very skeptical at first, because other contractors had tried with no success. Geoff immediately went to work in inspecting the roof & submitting the claim to my insurance company. Within a couple of days an inspector from my insurance company showed up along with Geoff to inspect my roof. To my surprise & relief my claim was approved within 2 weeks after that inspection. My roof was replaced by Modern Roofing within a month of the initial inspection by Geoff Goodall. I am very grateful to Geoff Goodall & Brent at Modern Roofing. Geoff & Brent were both very informative and answered all my questions regarding the purchase of my new roof and I ultimately chose the best shingle package for me. The roof was put on in one day and Brent & Geoff were both there throughout the day to ensure everything went smoothly. The roofing team was amazing & they made sure that any debris was cleaned up before they left. Brent even showed up the day after the roof installation to ensure the site was cleaned up & no nails were left in my yard & my neighbors yard. This company was truly amazing & I am truly grateful.
