These guys really went to bat for us with the insurance company and got us our roof. Once approved they went straight to work and finished a beautiful roof in less than 2 days! It looks great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Modern Roofing & Jonathan (Augusta, Ga.) (new roof being put on Feb 2026) I can’t say enough good things about Modern Roofing and our salesman Jonathan. From day one, Jonathan treated our situation like it actually mattered — not just as another claim, but as a family trying to get a fair outcome after storm damage and repeated insurance pushback. We were dealing with multiple State Farm denials since Hurricane Helene (2024), shifting explanations, and endless delays. It was exhausting. Jonathan stayed consistent, communicative, and proactive the entire time. He helped us understand what we were entitled to, explained the technical side in plain language, and worked with us step-by-step to challenge the denials the right way. One thing I’m especially proud of is that I personally crafted many of the formal emails we sent to insurance (with Jonathan’s guidance and documentation). Staying professional, firm, and persistent truly matters. If you’re dealing with an insurance denial: Stay calm. Stay professional. Stay persistent. Document everything. Ask questions. Request reinspections. And don’t let anyone make you feel like you’re asking for too much — you’re asking for what your policy is supposed to cover. We can’t say enough great things about Bobby, Sam or Chris! Initially the insurance company approved only half of a roof replacement…who replaces only half a roof?!?!? Before it was all said and done, they had approved an entire roof replacement! Sam and Bobby walked us thru step by step what to expect and what to do. The work was completed in one day and the crew was nice and friendly and cleaned up the entire yard…you could not tell they had been there. Then Bobby followed up the next day with his “big magnet” to make sure all nails were removed from the yard. As nervous as we were to have the roof inspected and then deal with the insurance company, we could not be more pleased.
