Three Fit Six

This is the best investment you’ll ever make for yourself! Choose you by choosing Three Fit Six!For most of my life, I’ve had an on-again, off-again relationship with weight loss. I could drop 30-60 lbs faster than you could say "fad diet," but consistency and long-term commitment? That’s where I fell short. Three months in, I’d usually fall off the wagon and never get back on, gaining all the weight back—and then some. The cycle was exhausting and defeating.Last year, I decided to say yes to me. For the first time, I made a different choice: I stopped obsessing over the number on the scale. Instead, my goal was to be stronger, to move better, and to have the energy I needed to live the life I wanted with my kids and family. I shifted my focus to health and strength, and any weight loss that followed would be a bonus.I met Jason and Katie Bubb two years ago when we moved to PA—they’re our down-the-street neighbors, our kids play sports together, and two of the kindest, most sincere people you’ll ever meet. Through getting to know them on the sidelines and neighborhood functions, and having no-pressure conversations about their gym, Three Fit Six, we learned about their offerings and knew it could be the place for our future growth and wellness; I signed up end of August 2023.From day one, Jason created a space at three fit six for me where I could show up, struggle, succeed and—most importantly—grow. He tailored a plan just for me, one that met me where I was physically but pushed me to become stronger. Every session, Jason challenged, and continues to challenge me, not just to do the work but to believe that I am capable. Through all the sweat, frustration (and occasional tears), I never felt judged. Instead, Jason empowered me to keep going, to focus on progress, not perfection, and to take it one challenge at a time. Here I am, one year later, celebrating 52 weeks of consistency. I’ve shown up at the gym at 4:45 AM twice a week (lately three times a week), no excuses. I’ve chosen food that fuels my goals, and I’ve learned that discipline makes today harder but tomorrow easier. There have been hard days. Days when I wanted to give up, days when I wanted to regress to old food habits, and days when I felt overwhelmed by how far I still have to go. On these days, I have to remind myself of how far I’ve come, and that it’s progress not perfection!I’m down 48 lbs, (averaging almost a pound lost a week) and 3 pant sizes! And while the weight loss is slower than my old crash-diet pace, it’s steady, it’s sustainable, and, most importantly, it’s right. I feel better, move better, sleep better, understand food better, and I’m living proof that consistency wins.•Thank you Jason, for always showing up for me, for guiding me, for teaching me, and for making this journey fun, and one I’m proud to be on!Here’s to one year down and a lifetime to go. 💪
