I have been going to this gym for one month now. The trainers are all very friendly and knowledgeable and supportive. The owner as well is very supportive and extremely knowledgeable in this line of business. Workouts are custom fit to each person individually and they are always a great mix of muscle groups being worked out. If you’re looking for somewhere to go that is judgment free, supportive, but also a fun atmosphere, Three Fit Six is the place to go.

Stepping into a gym with a large portion of your spine fused and many other chronic pain issues can be extremely intimidating. The trainers at three fit six are amazing and have been able to provide great modifications in classes when there’s movements I’m not able to do. And as a mom of four finding time to prioritize myself is a big struggle, but the classes at three fit six make it possible. Grateful to have joined such an amazing place!

I have really enjoyed working out with Three Fit Six. It had a great combination of strength and conditioning. The coaches made the class fun and provided adaptions and great weight suggestions! I would highly recommend them for a great workout and sense of community!
