So great we had to do it twice!! We first met Mark and Gina in 2020. We were living in the city and ready to make the move to Long Island. From the beginning, out of all the realtors we encountered, Mark and Gina were very patient, super friendly, very upfront, and most importantly honest with us. Our first home purchase was a bit of a roller coaster ride but having Mark and Gina there with us made it much easier. A few years later being the crazy couple we are we decided to sell and upgrade, and we wouldn’t have worked with anyone else with Mark and Gina. They helped us well our home for top dollar and got us into an amazing home.Since then, Mark and Gina have truly become family. We have attended each other family events and they have been there for many of my children’s milestones. They are by far some of the most hard working, honest, and fun realtors around. You can’t go wrong with them!

This is not the first time Mark and Gina helped me sell a house. They were fantastic in helping sell the family home. Their marketing strategy, attention to detail, and negotiation skills really stood out. The house sold quickly for a great price. The entire process was smooth thanks to their professionalism and expertise. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I can’t say enough good things about The Vogler Team at Berkshire Hathaway experience we had selling our home. Gina was amazing in terms of exceeding my expectations for professional services. As an example, she helped us set up a successful yard sale for personal property inside and outside the premises. Both she and her partner, Mark, answered all our questions, bought the house to market quickly, gave great advice on necessary repairs to stage the house professionally and negotiated the deal quickly and smoothly. She closed the sale about 2 weeks after it went to market. I would definitely recommend her.

Can't say enough good things about Gina and her partner Mark. As a first time buyer, the process was daunting for me until I connected with Gina. From the start, she was extremely patient, attentive and inquisitive towards identifying the characteristics we were prioritizing in our search. Gina is VERY responsive, involved, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get us answers to questions across all facets of the process, from our first viewing to the closing table. Her partner Mark has a wealth of experience in construction and property management, and was invaluable in assessing exactly what we were looking at each viewing and potentially getting ourselves into. His candor and thoughtfulness gave us the confidence we needed to both pass on and eventually commit to a place. Most importantly, Gina and Mark are GREAT people - I came out of our search with both a place I love and two new friends. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone decided on or thinking about going through this process. They are the team you want on your side!

Gina and her partner Mark were absolutely absolutely amazing! Our home buying process turned into an almost 6 month process because of the pandemic, but Gina and Mark were there every step of the away with us, giving us advice and advocating for us. They were so patient with us, literally answered all our phone calls, and always kept it real with us. They listened to what our needs were, and found us the perfect home for our family. They literally became like family to us. If you want honest, hard working, great listening, and most importantly trustworthy agents, I cannot recommend Gina and Mark enough!

Gina helped my husband and I purchase our first home together and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Gina really took the time to make sure we found the exact type of house we were looking for. We ended up getting the house after she put an in-person offer for us, really just showing the amount of care she has for her clients. We just closed on our first home and she even had a custom door mat waiting for us! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

We decided to look at homes during quarantine. Gina was beyond responsive at any time of the day with house suggestions that met our criteria. She also went above and beyond with getting paperwork done promptly. I would definitely recommend her to new home buyers as she was patient to explain the lingo and process multiple times to us. I appreciate how easy of a process her and Mark made it for us to purchase a home.

My wife and I are first time home buyers With little or no experience home buying, But we were lucky to find Gina and Mark they are great people with different qualities and very polite/patience, they took us to every house within the same day or the next always accommodating our schedule. Mark experience in construction/contracting is always a big help because he can see things most home buyers won’t, and bring it to your attention. Gina is always pleasant and very intelligent when it comes to dealing with sellers and a great eyes to find the house you’re looking for. Together they make a great team and us always two heads think better than one. They have great contacts to make the house buying experience apear easy. I’ll always recommend them from now on. Thank you Gina and mark you guys are awesome. Always welcome to the BBQ in our new home.

Gina is nothing short of amazing. I was a first time home buyer and she held my hand from start to finish. She recommended me to outside sources I needed during the home buying process. I cannot even begin to express how much Gina changed my life. I am so extremely happy I "accidentally" clicked on a Zillow listing that lead me to her. I HIGHLY recommend Gina.
