We told her what we were looking to spend at closing and for our monthly mortgage payment and she was able to put together several different options to find the right one that worked for us. She provided several resources to help us understand the different options and what goes into buying a home, which was very helpful to us as first-time homebuyers. In this fast-moving market, she would often have a work turn around to provide us with cost sheets sometimes late at night and was always available to help answer questions.
