Called a week prior asking if he could repair my bmw’s frm he said “what’s the symptoms” told him and he said yeah i can fix it for you and quoted me 350 over the phone and a week later he came to my job and repaired my frm in 15-20 mins and charged me $50 less than what he said over the phone dude was super nice and amazing communication will definitely be getting my frm repaired again (hopefully it doesn’t happen again anytime soon)
