We were in a bind, visiting from out of town and desperate for someone who could take care of our issues. I needed a seal on the rear differential. It was leaking pretty bad where the driveline goes into the rear diff. He took one look at my front tires and diagnosed a bigger problem. He was able to do all the work and in a miraculous timeframe on a Saturday afternoon. The price was much better than expected, they were honest and up front about everything.cant thank them enough!

They replaced an alternator for me and did a good job. The repair ended up taking a couple of hours longer than they calculated in the original quote, but Roberto still just charged me the price quoted. I found that to be very honorable, and I will be back for future repairs. He is very responsive and good to work with.

I highly recommend Arcadia Auto. My student’s car broke down on the freeway and had it towed to them. Robert diagnosed the problem and said that Subaru had extended its warranty on that particular part. He told my son to take it to the dealership for free repair. Robert is highly knowledgeable, as well as honest and trustworthy. He could have made $1500 off this transaction, but my son was able to get it fixed for free at the dealership. So far so good I recently got a car from him and he told me that if there's a problem take it back to him and he would take care of it so far he's been honest with me and truthful I like that in a mechanic thank you Robert for helping me I will say he's a man of his word I like what I like about Robert and Arcadia Auto when he say he's going to help you out he's a man of his word he will do it it's hard to find an honest mechanic he is honest with me help me with my car when I need help of course Nothing free I do pay for it but he has reasonable thank you very much for being the man you are
