Our business has been using Cyber Shift for our IT needs for a couple of years and I cannot recommend them enough. The staff is friendly, prompt, and patient with our staff and equipment (we do have some old PC's and servers that need a lot of TLC). The company I work for hired them around August-September, 2021 after we experienced some IT issues, that our in house IT department needed more help to correct. My location is a remote site, so we've been working with Cyber Shift via chat and phone. John Wheeler has been great! Extremely helpful and is always there when we need him. He will even assist when he's out of the office for the day. Which is great since we have an AM and PM shift, and sometimes a computer in our shop goes down after normal hours. Frankie has also been great too, I haven't really worked with him too much but a co-worker of mine has and she said he's wonderful. John was able to walk me through the steps of connecting our Fiber internet, getting computers put back onto Ethernet connections rather than Wifi. Both John and Frankie have helped us get our printers reconnected to multiple computers, fixed our scanning issues, fixed our Quickbook issues, and other things all while not being physically here. Their remote assistance has been one of the best I've personally experienced in my 8 years at my company. We had another outside IT company before in the past and they didn't always correct our issues or respond to us in a timely manner. However that is not the issue with Cyber Shift at all. They respond to issues incredible quickly, and check back with us multiple times to make sure the solution was still working for us. I hope our company never lets them go, they are great!
