Today I was lucky enough to get an massage appointment with Amalie as she had a cancellation and I was suffering with a migraine. To say I am grateful is an understatement - It was the best massage I have experienced to date (not just in Adelaide, EVER!). Amalie used so many techniques to help get to the root of my tension/pain and provide some relief/ release. I left my appointment feeling so much better than when I walked in and instantly booked in for another. I cannot recommend her services enough!

After having many spinal injections, draining cycts and so on, my Dr's and surgeons told me that L4/L5 fusion and a C3/C4 fusion was my only option and just do whatever I had to do to get by. I was in 8/10 pain everyday, taking strong pain relief just to walk and this was my normal.. I honestly came to see Luke just for a quick fix in my Thoracic. During my initial consult Luke dug deeper and after hearing my full story believed he could help me through a life without having surgery at all.I was set up on a custom 3 month intensive care program and to be honest after just 2 weeks, I had days where I was pain free for the first time in 5 years. Now here we are 6 months, that's right just 6 months on and my Dr's can't believe the improvement shown. They now believe spinal fusion is no longer needed. I haven't had any injections in 11months and I don't have to take strong pain relief every day just to get through.Luke and the team are all awesome and it honestly was the best decision I ever made coming here. A year ago I came to see Luke with a c7 spinal fusion surgery booked in. Doctors told me the only option I had was to remove a spinal disk and fuse two of my vertebrae. One year on after going on a customised treatment plan and I can say that I haven’t felt better and I definitely haven’t had my spine fused! Thanks Luke!

Dr Luke has been incredible! He has been informative and transparent the entire way through so far, from the first appointment when he walked through the expectations and answered all of my "what's that" questions. He's got lots of fancy equipment which is overwhelming but again, supports the transparency of the exams/progress.I wasn't sure that chiropractics was the answer, until it got to the point of headaches every second day and much more frequent migraines, and I knew I had to try something different.So happy to say that since I've seen Luke (just past a month now) I've had maybe 3 headaches, no migraines, the impingement in my shoulder has gone away (no pain and no restricted movement!!) I feel lighter in general (even though I'm most definitely not!) and more mobile. I'm actively playing with my kids more and definitely on an upward trajectory towards the life I want to live!Don't get me wrong, the price was a bit shocking, considering needing to go so often, but honestly it has been worth it! (Price probably is not any different to any either chiro).Tania and Ruth at the desk are always super lovely and welcoming, Luke is very personable, and loves a laugh and a chat, and always willing to answer my questions. He genuinely has a heart to help everyone feel their best!They have a little kids area too! My daughter has only been with me a couple of times, but she keeps asking to come again because she likes to colour in the pictures and watch me on the table haha.1000% recommend, but please don't everyone go, because then there will be no appointment times for me 😝

I never thought i needed it, i had issues that i thought normal like vomiting weekly and migraines for many years. My body tried to cope up and manage it but ohhh boii, God led me to this place for no mistake or accident, Dr Luke found the issues and since then for nearly a year now, i never have vomiting and migraine anymore. Felt so much better. Still need every now and then tuning but the feeling of not having to vomit even those days i already have expectation that Im gonna vomit is liberating. I truly can’t recommend Luke enough, I was very sceptical about using a chiropractor due to having used one previously & never had a great experience. I have been on a regular fortnightly program with Luke for nearly a year & the results are amazing. I started with not much mobility due to general wear & tear on my body just doing repetitive things during the day with daily aches & pains. But now I feel like a new woman springing out of bed & back to doing all my normal daily activities with zero discomfort.
