Our sales person Doug was very kind and knowledgeable and took the extra time to help my daughter pick out the best mattress for her. We were able to get her mattress delivered the next day. The delivery crew was Dillon and Matthew, they were kind , prompt, hauled off the old mattress and box spring and took the plastic from the new mattress. I was beyond disappointed after multiple trips to big box mattress stores (with the initials MF) and being suggested two mattresses that did not fit my needs. I came into MMO knowing I sleep hot, need something that supports my back and was interested in latex mattresses. It was so challenging to even find a store that has latex mattress options and I was so happy MMO was one of those. Doug was extremely knowledgeable on the various mattresses I could consider given my criteria and did not sway me on options. I knew latex mattresses are pretty expensive but was pleasantly surprised when the final amount was way below the amount I was expecting! Save yourself the headache of dealing with big box stores and pushy salesmen- come see Doug at MMO for your mattress needs!
