This is the third time I’ve used Summit Plumbing between the two homes I own, and I can’t say enough good things about this local, family-owned, veteran-owned business.They have a refreshing, welcomed old-school approach to business and customer service that, unfortunately, we just don’t see very often anymore. They show up on time, communicate well, do quality work, treat people with respect, and genuinely stand behind what they do.Over the years I’ve worked with Bob, one of the owners, and it’s obvious he sets the standard for the level of service and workmanship he expects from everyone on his team.This time, Andrew (Bob’s son) and service technician Adam came out to determine whether my main water line needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, it did, but they took care of everything. They replaced the main water line, relocated my pressure reducing valve to a much better location, updated the home’s main shutoff valve, and replaced two leaking hose bibs.Andrew and Adam were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to have in my home. What I appreciated most was their commitment to doing the job right. What started as a hopeful repair turned into a much larger project, yet they handled every challenge professionally and never cut corners. It was clear they cared about the quality of their work just as much as I cared about the outcome.I couldn’t be happier with the finished job. We had a shower drain break on our 2nd floor. The Summit crew showed up on the day and time we'd scheduled. They gave us an estimate and offered to wait for us to get other quotes if we wanted. We opted to have them complete the work, which they did right after our approval. They were respectful of our property and kept everything clean. The work required an access hole be cut in the sheetrock ceiling. It was done very well, and we were able to use the cut out sheetrock and patch the ceiling ourselves. Drain is working perfectly now. We would definitely use them again for any projects beyond our DIY skills.

No problems with the work, employee was friendly and efficient, but when he gave the estimate for what I saw as no more that 1hour to 1 1/2 (that being generous, it was over $800.00 dollars. Help me understand by breaking it down i.e parts and labor. We only had one thing, and cancelled the other thing we wanted done.

I hired a plumber to replace a tankless water heater in my house after he submitted a bid. When he came out to do the job, he informed he couldn't do it. I called Summit Plumbing, and Tyler connected with me via Facetime so that he could assess the situation. He submitted a proposal within an hour of our call ending. They came out the next day and replaced the water heater. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. In addition, their prices are competitive, and they are a small independent business. You're not dealing with a large corporation or private equity group. I honestly couldn't be happier I hired Summit Plumbing.

Having used a couple of Plumbing companies over the past 32 years here I decided to use my neighbors recommendation to have Summit Plumbing come replace the main water line to my house. Andrew came out the same day and gave me a quote which included boring a hole under a 3 slab concrete driveway to reach the house. They arrived a little earlier than scheduled on our appointed day and dove right in. They used Evergreen Boring who I would also like to give a 5 star shoutout to (Steve Mill). Everybody was professional, very friendly, conscientious, and very customer oriented. Once the holes were dug, the pipe run, and an indoor water shutoff valve placed, everything was put back in place you couldn't tell that there had been a major job done. Bob and Andrew answered all my questions, didn't mind me "hanging" around to see how it's done and were just nice guys. I will have no qualms seeking their help if I should have another plumbing disaster. :-) Bob is a Veteran, his Marine Corps values regarding Honor and Commitment (integrity and excellence in the workplace) is still evident, this was a job well done. As a Vet myself I don't say those words lightly.
