Michael provided a same-day quote, and once I accepted the proposal, a crew was mobilized within 24 hours. After the patio was poured, they did an excellent job cleaning up and were very respectful of the surrounding landscape. My backyard has been completely transformed thanks to the fast, high-quality work of Porterhouse Construction Co.Although they were not my lowest bid, the slight increase in cost was completely offset by the ease of working with them and the quality of work provided. The price quoted was the price paid, something that’s increasingly rare these days, as I've had many contractors submit low bids only to request additional money midway through the project due to “changes.”I highly recommend them to anyone looking to undertake a concrete project.

We recently hired Porterhouse Construction Co., Denver, Colorado to build a premium cedar privacy fence for our house in Denver, and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the team handled everything: demoing the old fence, digging and setting posts in concrete, installing 6” cedar pickets, 2x4 rails, 2x6 cap, and 1x4 trim top and bottom, all with precision and attention to detail.The fence looks amazing, is perfectly straight and uniform, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. These guys came out and replaced our entire backyard fence with a new beautiful cedar fence. Can’t recommend these guys enough. They all were friendly, communicated well through the whole process and finished with a great end product. I’m going to have them replace and extend my back patio next!

The team did a great job on our recent deck and pergola project. We requested a lofty covered deck design with a fan in the top for our hot tub this winter. Enjoyed it very much on this first cold weekend! Very responsive and professional and plan to work with them again next year.

Super happy with how everything turned out! The driveway and patio look brand new, and the sealing really brought out the color. The crew was on time, easy to work with, and did a great job. Definitely recommend if you need pressure washing or sealing done right.
