I love Strong Fitness Studio!! Kelly and Tavi feel like your new besties who constantly remind you that you can do hard things! The studio is small and welcoming, with personalized attention that makes it perfect for those of us who don’t really see ourselves as “gym people.”After being away from the gym for years, this was exactly what I needed to start caring about myself again. The environment is upbeat and supportive, and the friendships I’ve made there have been incredible. We laugh, we sweat, we complain a little, but it is always worth it in the end!I feel stronger in my body, my mind, and my heart. Thank you, Kelly and Tavi, for creating a space that pushes us to our limits while still making every minute enjoyable!Amazing! Kelly and Tavi are amazing!!! This is definitely one of my happy places. :)

I love that I don't have to come up with a plan. I show up and am told what to lift (more then I would choose). The changes I have seen in my body visually and in strength are nothing I was able to accomplish on my own.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Strong Fittness and what it has done for me. In only two months since I started I feel stronger physically and mentally. I have more energy and have been able to start doing some of the things I love but haven't been able to do. After dealing with health issues and physical limitations I thought I would never be able to work out again, but thanks to Strong Fittness for meeting me where I’m at and working with modifying a routine to meet my needs. It’s been an awesome experience. Thank you
