Martin gave a more personal service than a regular estate agent. He was contactable out of office hours, evenings and weekends which was really helpful to us. He generated a lot of viewings and showed all prospective buyers around. Although we didn’t complete at our asking price we took his advice in the current market and sold to first time buyers at a reduced price to enable a quick completion time. Very happy with the service he provided.
