We are extremely happy with Dolan Design HVAC and HIGHLY recommend them for anyone in need of HVAC repairs or replacement, or even bi-annual maintenance.We had been having constant issues with our 2nd floor A/C system. We called multiple HVAC companies for quotes to repair or replace and ultimately chose Dolan because they were respectful of our time, professional, and, most importantly, honest! Larry provided an extremely fair quote for exactly what we needed, absolutely no B.S! Unlike the other HVAC companies that send unqualified salespeople to upsell crap you dont need, Larry is the owner and gives honest feedback.Once hired, Dolan Design was able to schedule the work nearly immediately. On the day of install, Dolan Design's team of technicians arrived right on time and were extremely professional and polite! Larry was also on-site for the project, which truly impressed me. They even wore booties, removing and putting on fresh each time they entered the house (they must have gone through 2 boxes of booties). When complete, they cleaned up and left the workspace cleaner than it was before they started.We have had a few days of warm weather, so we have had a solid sample size to try out our new A/C. It works perfectly and our upstairs is cooler than ever. We couldn't be happier!It's hard to find good contractors that can be trusted. We are blessed to have come across Dolan Design HVAC and will refer them to any friends, family, and neighbors in need! I always get several quotes prior to hiring for any project, and I always advise people to do the same. I truly recommend that anyone looking for HVAC work, make sure Dolan is on your short list. The owner Larry came out to check my air conditioner. It was perfectly fine. I had 2 other companies tell me it had to be replaced it was no good. Yes it is a 26 year old Rheem but it is still going for now. I appreciate the honesty of Larry. He didn’t try to push me like the other companies. Also he had the best price for a 4 ton air conditioner with heat pump. I’m talking about several thousands of dollars less than competitors. When the time comes we will go with Larry at Dolan HVAC.

Victor and Justin came out today to provide the hot water heater flush. I also shared two water pipe issues I was having. They made the necessary repairs as well as check my other water lines. I asked about getting quotes on a couple of areas in need up upgrading. They had the quotes for me prior to leaving. They were both very curious and able to answer all my questions. Appreciated their help in a timely manner.

Larry and the gang were with us for a 1 year journey of a full renovation, an addition, and finishing of an existing basement for both mechanical and plumbing trades.They plumbed 3 new bathrooms for us, installed a sewage pump, a brand new HVAC system and rerouted all the existing ductwork to maximize our ceiling space, and installed new ductwork for the new rooms and system.They tuned our existing HVAC units to maximum efficiency with dampeners, leaving no dead spots in the house, and ensuring good quality airflow.Larry was always available, always reasonable, always responsive. I’ve recommended his services to others and we’ll be using Larry and his crew for any follow up services we need as well.

I cannot recommend Dolan Design HVAC high enough. We were dealing with a warranty issue that no one else would touch. They came right out and gave us options without any pressure at all. We were able to talk to them multiple times and replaced the system with an upgraded product for a good price with a fantastic financing offer. Everyone there is so professional and respectful. The guys that did the install were amazing and it was completed in a day. If you have any heating or cooling issues or questions, you really should talk to them. They are absolutely my go to place from now on.

Shortly after moving in our home, the central HVAC system died! It was an old water-source heat pump, located in our basement. There were numerous waterlines, electrical wires and a pump system that left me scratching my head.We contacted a few HVAC companies, who did not seem thrilled to be looking at such a daunting task. Their lack of interest & no real definitive path that I needed to take left us frustrated. We contacted a local company, Dolan HVAC in Louisburg NC. Larry, the owner, came to our home and looked at our outdated system. I tell you, I was SHOCKED when Larry said “No problem! You need “X,Y,Z” and we can do it all for you next week!The following week came and Dolan did not disappoint! They rolled in four vehicles deep with a crew of 6. After showing them where everything was, those guys went to work! When I say they went to work, I mean they went to WORK! Like a professional pit crew, they worked hand in hand removing our old nightmare of a unit, plumbing and all, then carried it away.By the end of the afternoon, Dolan’s crew had wired and installed a large new split unit outside & inside the basement. They removed & hauled away our old hunk of junk & left everything clean (not even a piece of trash) & was done professionally. Our new unit is working like a charm and our home feels so COZY!In addition to the quality of their work & customer service, I want to mention just what a nice company this is.
