Family owned business with direct access to owner, Rick Robbins. No national customer service to deal with like all the others. Rick answered on a weekend, set up an appt for two days later, very accommodating. Gave me a competitive quote. Honest. Called me when he could move up appt and arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do, discussed limited toxicity, how to protect myself and home, and accomplished the task. Friendly, and understood my anxiety re the problem. Six month guarantee which competitors would not offer. Very satisfied customer here. Would use again. Highly recommend.

The young man that came was very professional he filled everything he filled everything that should be taken care of and so far so good. I have a month to see if everything went OK so far everything looks OK. The young man was very helpful to me too, very nice guy.

Rick was great! Literally reached out on a Friday night and he said he would be here at 8:30am on Saturday morning, and he was here right at 8:30am. I explained hornet nest in soffit on my roof and the bees had found their way through the ceiling of my mudroom inside my house. He fogged them out, applied dust and even sealed the hole in my ceiling. He was fast, professional, punctual, quality work and at a price cheaper than expected for last minute service. He even said to call him back if I see any more bees and he would come back and fix immediately. I would certainly recommend Robbins Pest Control and will be contacting again if needed. Thank you!
