My explanation: In one of the cases, he first identified the problem by hearing with patience and suggest the solution by a step by step procedure and ensuring the solution to come He gave complete time from his side means first- he follows the procedure step by step to get the solution and get relieved from the problem completely. Then we can call him in complete day if problem triggers and he suggest to follow dos and don'ts explained by him to follow procedure. It can be ensured, when one doesn't get any solution elsewhere, one is sure to get 💯 solution here.
