We used this cleaner for just about a year, very dissatisfied with the overall service and company. This cleaner doesn't want to use store bought cleaners, like swiffer, lysol wipes, etc. They want to clean the house with some homemade solution with 1 rag on all surfaces. We bought name brand cleaners and supplied the tools and rags in each bathroom and area to make their job easier, but they complain about it. We had multiple different cleaners from this company, one broke a blind and tried to hide it, another wanted to bring their mother and child while they were cleaning, one decided to throw the stoves burners in the sink when cleaning, one had a faulty vacuum that kept tripping the house breaker, they left the front door wide open and unlocked when they finished, left multiple marks on my walls by carrying all their own supplies up and down the stairs, lied about cleaning surfaces, and the overall quality of clean was not up to standards, it honestly looked like they rushed with smearing, and completely missed areas. We were told we are being difficult to work with because they don't want to use our supplied cleaning products, we'll I don't want some mystery solution used in my new house possibly damaging the surfaces, and i want my house clean correctly. This is a house cleaning company, I expect the quality to be there along with the professionalism, and i didn't receive that. The price kept going up, but the quality of clean continued to decline. I don't recommend this cleaner to anyone, take your business elsewhere, save your time and money.This is not Daniela, this is her husband. Expressing my dissatisfaction with the service we received. Im sure she will leave her own review. Yes they tried to accommodate our requests to a extent, however it was always an issue with the products we want used in our home. Not to mention the disrespect and damage done to our property. Having to come home from work and fix the breaker, and when asked to use our vacuum it was an issue. Having to replace blinds, and fix scuffs and marks on our walls. Employees wanting to have their family over when cleaning. Our cleaning list rarely deviated from bathrooms, kitchen, master bedroom and alternating floors. I was never completely satisfied with the quality cleaning we received, I guess I just hold a higher cleaning standard than their employees can put out.

I set up a deep clean with Amy for my mom. The company was so professional and kind to work with. I had all questions and concerns answered and was able to be in constant communication with them. Amy has started the deep clean and we are so very pleased with the work she did so far! I’m very grateful to this company! I’m going to continue services with this company and hope others are able to use them as well! They are exceptional!
