We were very impressed with the work ethic exhibited during our floor transformation project. Removing a hardwood floor glued to concrete isn't the easiest job in the world. But Bruce worked persistently until the extraction was completed and the room was ready for it's new look. The following day, he was very punctual and proceeded to install our new LVP, along with a new shoe molding which was the finishing touch. What a difference! Quality work with a smile is hard to find. So we were very pleased with Genesis and Bruce. He was very respectful and professional and left the work area spotless.
