I’ve always been hesitant to workout outside of my comfort zone and my own pace. That being said, Industrious Frisco offers such a balanced, effective program in just 50 minutes. I’m glad I pushed myself to try something new, and I’m learning proper technique in the process. Coach Cory and Coach Collin are knowledgeable and super helpful. The vibes are great!

I joined Industrious less than two months ago and haven’t missed a single day since — that’s how much I love it here! It’s the kind of environment that makes you want to show up, give your all, and keep coming back - even at 5:00am when I choose to go.A huge part of that is thanks to Cory — hands down one of the best coaches I’ve ever had, and that’s coming from someone who was a collegiate athlete. Cory brings the perfect mix of patience, knowledge, and motivation. I’ve been going to this gym for about two years now, and it’s made a huge difference in my fitness journey. The standout for me has always been the coaching team. Every time I show up, the coaches bring the energy and motivation that keep me coming back. They really take the time to help you with proper form, make sure you’re lifting safely within your limits, and still push you to improve.Diego (unfortunately he left but good luck to him) , in particular, has been awesome—super supportive during workout days when he is the main coach and even helpful with diet tips when I’ve needed them.Collin brings great energy and encouragement too, and Cory (the owner) has built an environment that feels really welcoming and community-driven. Even in a group setting, you get personal attention, which makes all the difference. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I've been a member of Industrious Frisco for over 12 years. The Industrious coaches are some of the best coaches I’ve ever had. I travel each week and usually try to find a gym to drop-in and get a workout while on the road. A lot of the gyms I’ve been to don’t have the coaches that you’ll find at Industrious. The coaches at Industrious Frisco take the time to take you through the warm up, explain the workouts and go through the movements to ensure you are comfortable with the workout. The coaches at Industrious pay attention to detail and will ask if any injuries or limitations they need to be aware of before the workout begins.The community here is awesome. You’ll find there’s a lot of members that have been at Industrious for years. Everyone is very friendly and everyone goes out of their way to welcome guests and those new to Industrious Frisco. Drop-ins are recognized at the beginning at class and welcomed with a fist bump from the members. The atmosphere here is awesome too - everyone is very supportive and encouraging of others throughout and after the workout.If you're looking for a gym to call home or a place to drop in while in town, I highly recommend Industrious Frisco. The people, the gym, the space, the location, the workouts are all top notch.
