Chinook Exteriors just completed a multi-phase project on my home, and I couldn’t be happier! Phenomenal quality of work, and a standard of customer service that is unmatched in my experience. Even though there were a number of weather related delays, they kept me updated every step of the way, so I wouldn’t be left guessing.Huge thanks to Cayla, Matt and all the crews that were involved in improving my home. You guys are the best!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Chinook Exteriors. We saw the work Jean-Francois had done on a neighbours’ gutters, some innovative touches to downspouts that streamlined the system and now allows water to flow to big trees. We were impressed. So we asked for a quote for our home. We ended up having our roof and gutters done at the same time. Jean-Francois offered a detailed quote that explained his plan for our individual home, providing options and reasons for those options. Everything was so well thought out. From the time we approved the quote, Cayla kept us in the loop, helped us with shingle colour and the whole process was seamless. The crews were exceptional from start to clean up. We are thrilled with the results.

Fantastic! Jean was really good, they showed up to site, gave me a quote and a timeline, everything went smooth and they ended up going under the quote, so I saved money and the job was really well done. They kept the work area clean of material when they were done after each day, they communicated well with me, and the quality of workmanship is great. If you experience hail damage, get Chinook to repair it!

I recently had Chinook exteriors complete my roof and Hardie siding on both my house and garage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire team was incredibly professional from start to finish. The workmanship is outstanding, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do.What impressed me most was how clean they left my property when the job was done — no debris, no mess, just a beautifully finished exterior. It’s rare to find a crew that works this efficiently while also respecting your home and space.I highly recommend Chinook exteriors to anyone looking for quality roofing or siding work. Excellent experience all around!

Huge thanks to Dean and the Chinook Exteriors team! I had an issue with a downspout after some absolutely crazy winds and weather, and the team came by right away to get it fixed up. "No charge, you're under warranty" - this was years after install. Amazing service!

We had chinook remediate our homes exterior from the 2024 hail storm. They did our gutters, fascia, roof which we upgraded, as well as we changed our vinyl siding to hardie since this was our second claim unfortunately we decided to change the material on our home to withstand what Calgary has been throwing at our homes in the north. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. 10 out of 10 we recommend this company over and over again.

I’ve worked with Chinook Exteriors Inc. on several exterior renovation projects, and I can’t say enough about the caliber of their team and the quality of their work. From the first estimate to final inspection, every step was handled with professionalism, transparency, and care.Dean, the estimator, was incredibly thorough and patient, walking me through options and making sure I understood the scope and pricing. Cayla and Jean-François, the owners, clearly lead with integrity and a commitment to excellence — they’re hands-on, responsive, and genuinely invested in every project. Gerry, the project manager, kept everything running smoothly on-site, coordinating crews and timelines with precision and a calm, confident presence. My most recent project was hail restoration, Chinook Exteriors delivered flawless results. They respected my property, communicated clearly, and followed through on every promise. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such a strong customer-first approach. If you’re looking for a contractor who treats your home like their own and backs it up with skill, accountability, and heart — Chinook Exteriors Inc. is the one to call. I had some minor things to be adjusted at the end and it got fixed and was done in a timely manner.Thank You Chinook!!

We were very happy with Chinook Exteriors from start to finish they were responsive, did an excellent job and were reasonably priced. Would recommend to friends and family. We had them do our soffits and gutters and they look so good.

Submitted a request for quotation on September 5. Replied to their email the following day. Have not heard from them since. If they are too busy and don’t want to take the job, wish they would let me know.

I approached Chinook Exteriors with my 2 storey detached home project; cedar siding repair, full exterior repaint, and a complete replacement of the soffits, fascia and eaves.Cayla responded quickly, but it was during that time this year we had non stop rain so it understandably took awhile to get the ball rolling. Dean the estimator came out and took photos, measurements and we talked about what I wanted done. He was quick to point out the issues they would have with installing around my existing permanent light system, and experienced enough to answer all my questions & concerns. He definitely proactively solved at least 1 problem I would have run into if it wasn't noticed. After a few days Dean produced a detailed line item quote of the work and we came to terms on it.I was told up front a lead time, and they communicated in advance when they needed more time on account of the ongoing rain we had. Jean-François the owner came out to double check everything, say hello, and kick the project off. I appreciated that gesture, great guy.Painters (Julian) came out first and repaired siding, sanded, primed and prepped one day 1, and were done after painting the 2 following days. Metals (Mat) crew came in right after and staged, demod, and completed the new soffit fascia eaves & gutter system over the course of 4 days.Cayla was very nice to deal with, and we got things done efficiently over email which works so much better for me than calls. A real breath of fresh air for busy introverted people 😂. The crews were respectful of me, my property, and my neighbors. They weren't needlessly noisy with their work or music, cleaned up well and returned everything in the perimeter that they had to move around to the way they were. But most importantly they did a fantastic job, and left me relieved that this has finally gotten done.Would definitely reach out to Chinook again for future exterior work.

Today, Mathieu has completed his work on our house. He has replaced our eavestrough and gutter with the state of art quality of workmanship. It is very hard to find a good installer like him in Calgary for gutter system. His work is completely thorough and demonstrates his considerate design for the optimum water flow. Our gutter looks noticeably beautiful and functional as a result. Thank you Mathieu for helping us to have our dream gutter system. Also Dean has impressed me as a hardworking and honest person from his first visit of our house. It was a cold, snowy day in Nov. He stayed almost half an hour to measure all the detailed dimensions of our siding area. We chose Royal Estate siding for our whole house siding replacement (2228 sqft). His pricing was right in the middle among the eight most reputable siding companies I had over for quote (26K). Our siding project was done right before Christmas 2024. During the project, he responded all my questions and involved himself in communicating to the foreman. When the project was finished, I asked for some detailed adjustment. It was right after the Christmas week. Dean came over with the crews and provided all the materials needed for fixing. What has impressed me and my husband the most is the way Dean treated his crews. He encouraged them when they did good; and, guided them to fix their work even when they were hesitant. We were impressed with his leadership demonstrated to us through our siding project. I recommend Dean as a rare sales manager, who has true serving heart for both his clients and his crews.

I hired this company for a commercial build-out, and the results were unacceptable. Crooked walls, uneven flooring, and rushed paint jobs were just the beginning. They acted like the job was “good enough” instead of aiming for quality. I had to bring in another contractor to fix their mistakes.

It's been such a pleasure dealing with everyone from this company. Great communication. They always reply within a few hours rather thru email or phone call. All my concerns were addressed promptly. They really give me piece of mind and I know they will continue to take good care of me and my family needs. The most headache free contractors I have ever worked with. I flew my drone and inspected everything. Builder great experience. Thank you guys so much. Left me a really satisfied and happy customer. Cheers! This review is well deserved. 👏👏👏
