Last year, I bought a 3 class pass to try the gym out and planned to attend regularly based on the group vibes and workout structure.I finally made my way back and am delighted to be a part of CFS. People are welcoming and friendly, always willing to help a newbie out.The clientele consists of people all over the spectrum of age and abilities and Briana and Rachel strive to create an environment for all.Modifications are widely available to meet each person where they are to them grow with the program and I'm excited to grow with them!

Dropped in to open gym while visiting from out of town. The gym was super responsive via text and confirmed with me how to register for open gym prior to my arrival. The gym space itself is super nice, clean, and had everything I needed. Will certainly be stopping by again!

I’m a mom of 4 and I have not found any other gym that is this family friendly, I’m able to bring my kids with me free of charge!! Amazing supportive group of people that keep me wanting to come back!! And the workout is a killer!!

A friend had referred me to CrossFit Sonora and it has been great. Everyone is so welcoming, it feels like a family more than a gym. They even had a kids camp during the school break which was nice because, my child wanted to see what it was like and even she loved it! 10/10 and 5 🌟’s!

CrossFit Sonora has amazing coaches who are friendly, inviting, knowledgeable & supportive. They go above and beyond, by checking in with me via text and sending helpful tips or encouraging emails to keep me going. I love the atmosphere here! The members encourage one another, the workouts can be adapted to fit your fitness level and still challenge you. The gym is clean, spacious, and efficiently organized so it can accommodate many people and a variety of exercises simultaneously. I love working out again!

I have been doing CF for five years and coach at a gym in Sacramento. We have a cabin not far from Sonora that we visit on the weekends when we can and I have been wanting to check out CFS, so I reached out last Friday to inquire about dropping in. The text communication was friendly, timely and informative. I arrived a little early on Saturday and they took the time to explain their programing since it is different than what we use at my home gym. CFS was clean and organized (coming from a box that is VERY clean and organized, I appreciate that!) The workout was team waterfall style. It was fun, and a challenging workout. Both staff and members were welcoming and I look forward to dropping in again when I can!

I’ve had the most amazing experience at CrossFit Sonora over the last (almost!) month. The coaches are incredibly encouraging and helpful, and it truly feels like a community of people who generally want to see each other succeed. Outstanding drop-in experience at CrossFit Sonora! The owners coached the Saturday morning class and created such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived - they took time to show me around, introduce me to equipment, and ensure I had a proper warm-up before class. The gym itself is immaculate with high-quality equipment throughout. What really stood out was the friendly community vibe and how quickly they made me feel like part of the family. They even have a great selection of nutritional supplements available. After the main class, I stayed for Open Gym time to work on my personal goals. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I'm back in town!

Great gym! Dropped in for a couple of workouts while in town. The workouts were fun, the equipment was in good shape, and the people were very friendly. Had multiple options to scale the workouts for newer or less advanced athletes. Will definitely come back if I’m ever nearby. 10/10 recommend checking it out!

This place is awesome! The coaches are high energy and very knowledgeable and the community can’t be beat. I look forward to workouts every week:) and if you’re on the fence or nervous because you’re new to working out or CrossFit in general, give them a shot! They will teach you the moves, keep the intensity at a good level for you and will make it fun!
