We have been working with Aqua Plumbing and Air for several years now and the service is excellent. The maintenance and repair service staff is knowledgeable, polite and efficient and the price is fair. We are happy with the work they’ve done for us.

My mom always did thorough research (on everything) and she picked Aqua Plumbing & HVAC many years ago, after dissatisfaction with her then company (still around). After she died a couple of years ago, I went strictly on her opinions because I never in my life once knew her to be wrong. About anything. She thought Aqua Plumbing & AC came thru always just as they promised. They have been established in Sarasota since 1974 so they have history as well. She came to appreciate very much that they were consistently customer focused, had great service techs, managers, and office staff. Victoria in the office always called to remind her of appt setups and service contract extensions, always remembered who she was and seemed to appreciate their relationship as did my mom with her. If my mom called there, Victoria or someone always answered the phone or called right back and took immediate care of needs or scheduled ASAP. I lived in CT until almost 5 years ago when I came to live with her.Just a couple of months after she passed, I bought a new unit and long-time amiable manager Carlos helped me tremendously. He had several times spent time having great conversations with my mom, a Hungarian refugee and he from Cuba, and they spoke endlessly about their shared dangerous escapes from their homes. He seemed genuinely taken when I told him she had died. And she appreciated him much.Recently, I had a couple of issues with the unit. Not Aqua's fault. But of course it happened during emergency hours, because that's when heat, AC, and pets always get 'sick.' Edder Franco, the service tech, came out for both service appointments inside of a month and was so polite and respectful and knowledgeable and helpful, in spite of his seeing my frustration. There was a faulty piece of equipment ~ again, not Aqua's fault ~ just a fluke that happens sometimes in manufacturers' equipment. While the part had to be ordered, my labor contract had expired. I called Aqua and because of my family's long-time association with Aqua and to show appreciation for it, they did all the work and showed me much grace in the final bill.Edder just left after installing the piece. He was here for 7 hours in this heat!! They had told me it would be a big job. Edder is another of their employees who is clearly knowledgeable, focused, reliable, very obviously knows what he is doing, is polite and worked without stop. My air is now wonderfully on, I re-upped my service contract, and I could not be more pleased.I recommended them very highly about six weeks ago to a British friend who had just purchased a vacation condo here in The Meadows. She had quite a bit of work done with Aqua I believe ~ extensive service and humidifier equipment installed and other equipment I can't even remember. They gave her guidance but no push and she knew what she wanted. Her tech was named Hunter and she, too, raved about him and the customer focus from Aqua. She's very pleased. So I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a new plumbing or HVAC company or are frustratingly changing their current company and worried about a reputable place to go. I can promise you this is a company where the customer matters, where they are expert at what they do, where they are timely and responsive to your calls and needs, where they are fair and reasonable, and from whom you never ever feel like you're being upsold or taken advantage of or for granted. They made such a big deal to get me up and running. I could not recommend Aqua more highly, with absolutely no qualms whatsoever. I am virtually positive you will not be sorry. Many thanks to Edder, Diane, Ashley, Carlos, and Ashley (and Hunter).

I recently had a great experience working with Aqua Plumbing & Air. First had Tariq flush and descale my tankless water heater. He was very nice and professional and answered all my questions. Then had Andrew perform maintenance on water softener and RO system. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. These guys were the best! I would definitely recommend Aqua Plumbing & Air. Jasmine and Anna were very helpful too!
