Job done on 8/6/25: Shane and his apprentice Brandon came on time to do a kitchen undersink RO filtration system switchout w/ another RO system already in place, installed 2 handheld showerheads supplied by me, and unexpectedly replaced the pop-up assembly in the guest bath sink after I asked Shane a general question about that sort of repair. He said he had a replacement part on the truck, and we decided to go forward with this repair too. Shane was very capable, knowledgeable, and expert in his work, and very attentive to his duties teaching his apprentice Brandon, who to his credit made sure he did not overstep his bounds and do things not clearly within his abilities yet. I appreciate that he did not take chances when a more seasoned hand might be called for. He'll make a great plumber one day as he gains more on the job experience. Both Shane & Brandon were personable and attentive to detail, checking faithfully for leaks. I feel secure knowing the job was done right and the price was as quoted, $150. base travel charge, labor $40./quarter hr, plus $72. materials, 2.5hrs labor, total job $627.The initial scheduling was easy, I phoned, and they scheduled me the next day, even though it was not an emergency. The office texted technician's expected arrival time, and informed me Tariq would be my plumber. But Shane & Brandon showed up instead, and I'm happy they did. I would hire Aqua again.Thank you Shane and Brandon!UPDATE: in June '26 I found out from my realtor that the guest bath sink stopper pop-up assembly did not work, ie. did not stop the sink from draining water. My condo is on the market and a home inspection report for a prospective buyer flagged this for repair. I was frankly surprised, since it was a new part installed Aug '25 (see review above). I called Aqua Plumbing customer service today 7/9/26 to inquire about warranty. I was told the part had a 30-day warranty and they would charge for a new repair/replacement. The sink stopper had 2-3 months of miniscule use before I flew north end of Oct '25. I'm mystified why this part is now failing and needs replacing again. But future customers of Aqua Plumbing should be aware.I'm basically now paying for replacement of the sink stopperpop-up assembly part and labor AGAIN.
