I usually do not volunteer to write a review for someone. However, I’ve had such a positive experience with Aqua Plumbing and Air that I felt compelled to share it.Last April, after a very thorough inspection and professional presentation, we selected Aqua Plumbing and Air to install a new A/C unit.In July we discovered water leaking from the inside unit. They came out on an emergency call and cleared the blockage in the drain at no charge. Apparently the cut off switch on the drain line didn’t work as it should have. It appeared it had been leaking for quite some time because the return plenum under the unit was soaked and when I pulled the base boards in the vicinity there was mold.We called a remediation company to come out. I paid them a $500 deposit for the remediation. They vacuumed what they could and set up drying equipment. The next day Josh Christianson from Aqua Plumbing and Air came out. When we explained what had occurred he assured us that Aqua Plumbing and Air would stand behind their product and installation, and would take care of the remediation.Within a week we received a check from Aqua Plumbing and Air for the deposit I had paid. The remediation company completed their work which, besides drying things out, required taking out 2 feet of drywall and base boards on several walls and removing and disposing of a cabinet that was ruined.Aqua Plumbing and Air then came out and removed and reinstalled a new plenum below the A/C unit to make certain there was no potential for mold. Josh had lined up someone to reinstall the drywall and base boards, obtain and install a new cabinet, and repaint everything. When it was completed you couldn’t tell anything had happened. The work was high quality, professionally done.What impressed me the most was the culture of Aqua Plumbing and Air, a locally owned and operated business, to do what’s right without hesitation. Josh didn’t blink, he said Aqua would take care of it. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

Hunter was great. He let me know when he was going to arrive. He introduced himself. He explained what he was going to be checking and servicing and even what smells I might smell in the house from sprays he was using. He asked if I or my dog were sensitive to smells which was very kind. After Hunter finished he explained what he had serviced and what he had found during his work. He sent me a digital receipt. Hunter was very nice, very kind, professional, and an asset to your team. Thank you Hunter.

Emerson was absolutely incredible. He was extremely professional and such a well mannered guy who is great at what he does. Emerson was out to service our Daikin HVAC system and was very thorough. He advised us of exactly what he was doing and the adjustments he made to ensure the complete operating efficiency of the unit. Given the fact these Daikin systems are more sophisticated than most, he was quick to go over all the intricacies of the thermostat and really educated us on the same. Great job Emerson,, what a great experience from top to bottom!
