Since so muc of what one sees on Social Media is negative, I have to publicly give credit to Aqua for their Ethics. I recently scheduled Aqua to come out & do Maintenance on a water heater. The morning they were supposed to come I received a call from their office telling me the serviceman was about to head to me, BUT - the office noticed that I just had that done 4 months ago! Instead of just coming out & do the work & charge me, they told me I don't need the work done for another year. I'm not sure other companies would do that.
