Andrew is friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. He changed two RO filters for me and next time, I think I can do it myself. He also checked our house water because it seemed that our Culligan water softener stopped softening our water. He confirmed that our water was hard, so I called Culligan. I appreciate that he goes the extra mile to help the customer even if it is not for the specific task he came for. Qualified technicians who have good customer service skills will bring new customers to the company by helping them & educating them, and not hard selling them on something. Aqua Plumbing is fortunate to have him as an employee!
