I had an excellent experience working with C&R Roofing for my roof replacement. From the initial inspection through the installation, the team was professional, thorough, and helpful throughout the process.Skyler was my sales representative, and he did a fantastic job walking me through the entire process. He was patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect at each stage. Navigating a homeowners insurance claim can be overwhelming, but Skyler and the C&R team made the experience much easier by handling the insurance paperwork and filing the necessary supplement claims on my behalf.Jacob was the project manager on-site during the installation, helping oversee the work and coordinate the project. I appreciated having someone managing things on-site while the roof replacement was underway.The roof has been completed, and I’m very pleased with the results! The gutters are still pending while the supplement claim is being processed, so that portion of the project remains in progress.Overall, I highly recommend C&R Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement, especially if you’re working through an insurance claim. Their thorough inspection, professionalism, and willingness to guide me through the process made a real difference.

Due to hail damage to my home I required a new roof. Jeff Walsh, the Sales Representative for C&R Roofing, did an outstanding job explaining the process, providing roofing options and answered all of my questions in a thorough manner. Within a few days my repairs were scheduled. On the day of the install Jacob Pierce, the Project Manager, was onsite and ready to start working at 7 am. The entire experience for my whole roof replacement was outstanding!Chris Pallas from the sales team performed a thorough inspection of my old roof, explained what needed to be done and quoted a price to perform the necessary work. He provided samples of shingle options to choose from and explained the roofing process and the products used.On the the day of installation, Jacob Pierce, the Project manager for my installation, and his crew, arrived on time, protected my landscaping with tarps and finished the work in one full day.Jacob was knowledgeable, polite, and professional and directed the details of the job. His crew was a team that knew what they were doing and did a great job roofing my home.When they were done, they did a meticulous job cleaning up.My new roof looks great and I’m totally satisfied!

Jay (owner), is a very trustworthy, warm, personable, and professional business owner.He came to my Moms house to check out where a water stain was coming from on her ceiling. He immediately told us where he thought it would be coming from, but proceeded to check the roof and the attic of the house. After he inspected both areas, he wasn't completely satisfied with what he initially thought, so he told us he would be back with his best worker to make sure they pinpoint the exact problem. That's exactly what he did two days later, and it turns out that it was related to what he initially thought it was. They went ahead and fixed the problem on the spot!Btw, while he was in the attic initially investigating where the leak came from, he noticed a potential problem he recognized with the air conditioning unit. My Mom was always wondering why her house always felt really warm when the air was on. He suggested that she call an HVAC guy to come out and check it out.Thank God for Jay, he not only fixed the roof, but also proactively told my Mom that she should have someone come out to check out her air conditioning system also.That's what we did, now my Mom has a fixed roof by Jay, and a fixed air conditioning unit by the HVAC company!He is the ONLY one I would ever recommend for your roofing needs!
