We absolutely loved our stay at Zion White Bison Resort. We are a family of five and stayed in the “Dusty Trail” Family Wagon. It was spacious enough for all of us. Very clean and comfortable. There were enough towels for showering and towels for the hot tub which was glamorous on the chilly January nights. The kitchen area had all the utensils, cutlery and flatware we needed.We also grabbed a s’mores kit from the market on site. There’s pickleball and even tetherball. It was close to Zion National park, which we loved exploring.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again next time we are in the area.Also, thanks for the complimentary backpack and cards! They were a big hit with our family and we greatly appreciated the gesture.

I had to cancel our trip due to a family emergency, so my review is about customer service.We cancelled over 24 hours before our planned stay, and were told we would not receive even $1 back.I appreciate that, whilst it’s unusual these days for anywhere to refuse even a partial refund on the room, this is their policy, which I agreed to.However, there is no reason that they should withhold a refund for the $90 cleaning charge and $50 extra I paid for my dogs since these are charges relating to having used the room, which we did not.Before you book, scroll to the poor reviews at the bottom - they are all complaining about poor customer service if something goes wrong. I wish I had looked at these before booking, and will not be looking to rebook any stay here in the future.

Our stay at White Bison met our expectations. We stayed in a dwelling which was very roomy and comfortable. The rooftop patio was perfect for an evening relaxing in the hot tub and stargazing in the open sky. With the kitchen and bbq it would be a great extended stay. Staff was accommodating and friendly. This property is well maintained and in a great location.

I have no doubt this place is as beautiful as it looks, so my rating is for customer service rather than stay.We had to cancel our reservation (over 24 hours ahead of time), so never got to stay.I didn’t expect to be refunded the entire stay amount, even though it is quite unusual for anywhere to take full payment days ahead of any stay. However, I would have expected to be refunded the $90 cleaning fee and $50 per fee, since none of these costs would have been incurred by the venue since we didn’t stay! The venue refused to refund even $1. With all the competition around for tourist dollars these days, it’s a huge put-off to be charged in full days in advance of a stay, and to have a policy that doesn’t even refund these ads-on costs. I won’t be rebooking.

We stayed in one of the wagons at Zion White Bison, and it was wonderful. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was spotless, and the view from our wagon was perfect. My family of 6 fit comfortably, it had two bunk beds and a queen bed.The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed—bbq grill, cooking utensils, stove, fridge, etc. so it was easy to make meals while enjoying the fresh air. The hot tub was really nice and the fire pit was a great addition, it perfectly completed the view of the surrounding mountains.Their mercantile store, pool, basketball and pickleball courts are just down the hill. And yes, they have bison! which was so cool to see. Theres’s also a gas station nearby, as well as a shop with a restaurant, ice cream, and a petting zoo with a playground—very convenient, especially for families.The staff were very nice, welcoming and were always just a text away when we needed anything. They even gave us a souvenir backpack! Check-in and check-out were self-service, which made everything easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique glamping experience in Utah.
