I called Honestee regarding a clop at the air gap.I had previously used their services with great success. Austin analyzed the issue and wishing 20 minutes he resolved the problem.I find Austin personable and professional explaining what was the issue.I will continue o call for our plumbing needs. Austin was great and provided excellent service. From the initial call to the actual water heater replacement, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I work in a lateral industry so I know what accurate pricing tends to be and he provided that from the get go, hassle free. After the job was complete, he went over all the functions of the new equipment and answered any questions I had.
