Since 2020, Hershey's have done excellent work in each of their services: heating, hvac, plumbing, gas line repair & install, and new water heater and water softener. They do annual maintenance service for heating and for AC. They come quickly if there is an emergency. This house has unusual sewer lines and they ran a laser scope to locate everything before starting a project.It is very nice to have one company with so many areas of expertise. They gave free estimates and many good suggestions over the years. It is a blessing to have safe, trustworthy, and professional service in my home. Thanks to the whole team!

We had an issue with our sump pump, and they were at our house within 25 minutes of calling. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired right away. Dave was great—very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. He also made sure to keep everything clean while he worked. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Plumbing Issue: When our electric shutoff for days, and then went on, we heard a hissing sound from our well bladder. Hershey's crew was able to get to us quickly, explain the situation, and fix our problem the same day. I must admit, we called someone else, but there was a delay in them getting to us ( a week), and made it sound like it wasn't a big deal. So, we decided to call Hershey's (a recommondation). The Hershey crew was here within a couple of days (2). Thanks Dave (& his assistant)! We have a new & reliable service company we'll be using fir all our plumbing and HVAC issues moving forward!
