I had a new heat pump installed in my home. I want to say that my wife and I were very pleased with the contractor (Seth) and two of his helpers. They showed up on time and started right in with the installation of my heat pump. They were very professional and very clean during the install. Once the install was done they clean everything. And took the old heat pump away. There was a minor problem with the thermostat after they had left. I called them and Seth came right back and fixed the problem. I would recommend Hershey Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who needs HVAC service.

Ryan, Seth and his team were amazing to work with.After converting to gas, they installed central air with multiple zones in my house. They removed and disposed of all the old oil system (furnace, tank, etc.) and then they fit the new system so perfectly. They even moved my hot water heater just to make it all fit in the perfect space!Honestly the most professional company I have worked with.Price was in line with everyone else, but the service, communication, work ethic and quality was worth way more.Can't say enough and definitely recommend them to everyone.Thank you!
