We’ve had multiple major plumbing and HVAC projects completed over the past month, and every aspect of the experience has been outstanding. From start to finish, communication was exceptionally prompt, proposals were detailed, and pricing was very fair with zero pushy sales tactics.Dave went above and beyond with our plumbing work, fixing basement and shower leaks and completing a polybutylene-to-PEX replacement. He corrected improper hookups left by previous companies, replaced poor-quality plastic fittings with durable metal fittings, installed new shut-off valves, clearly labeled everything, and left the workspace spotless. He took tremendous pride in his work and treated our home as if it were his own, making sure everything was done right.When our 10-year-old HVAC compressor failed during a high-humidity heatwave, Ryan and the team stepped up immediately. Seth promptly diagnosed the problem, and just two days later, Tyler and Neil replaced our entire HVAC system in a single day. Their installation was excellent, and they did a fantastic job cleaning everything up afterward.The entire team is professional, respectful, and highly skilled. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and consistently deliver high-quality work. We are fortunate to have found a local company we can truly trust, and we will definitely use them again for all our future plumbing and HVAC needs.

We had a new Heating/Air conditioning system installed in our house at the end of July 2026. Everyone was wonderful - very courteous and respectful. They were working in every part of our house due to the large amount of install, but at the end of the day everything was cleaned up and back to normal. We quickly got an estimate for our tub-to-shower conversion. Then we got a detailed schedule outlining how the work would proceed. & then they did the work just as they said they would on schedule & on budget. Could not be more pleased! Brenton was so courteous & cleaned up & did great work. This was not our first excellent service from Hershey. Highly recommend!

Brenton and Dave came today and installed a new water softener and filter system.Dave was very polite, professional and friendly. Our main interaction was with Brenton. I can't remember the last time I experienced such a professional, easy going, nice guy. We could tell he really enjoyed his job. Especially making sure we understood everything they did and answering all our questions we had. They left the basement area where they were working cleaner than it was when they arrived. People like Brenton and Dave are very hard to find in todays world. Please thank them both for a job well done. I am very satisfied with the service received. They responded quickly. The technicians were very honest. They were not pushing to perform work not necessary at this time. I cannot say enough good things about Hershey Heating & Air Conditioning. I've used them for a new Mini Split System, HVAC maintenance and plumbing repairs. Their employees, starting from the initial call, all the way through to the service team have always been courteous, on time and go out of their way to make sure that when they leave your home, you are happy. I also believe that their pricing is reasonable.
