I have used Freeflo numerous times at our house over the past 7 years and Carl’s and Lucas’ service is solid. Most recently we needed a new cast-iron lid over our sewerage pipe in the driveway. Not only did they do the plumbing part well and on time, but they also cut pavers, completing the paving part and saving me the job of separately hiring a paver. I highly recommend them. We suddenly had a water leak under the kitchen, which caused our timber floor to get wet. It was a very stressful situation.I contacted more than 10 plumbing companies that offer leak detection, but most of them said it would take 10 days to 2 weeks unless it was an emergency. I was worried the water damage would get worse during that time.Freeflo Plumbing & Gas came the next day to inspect, and the repair was completed the following day. They were very responsive, professional, and easy to deal with.Jay speaks both English and Korean, which made communication much easier. I had an issue where hot water was coming out of the cold taps and initially thought the hot water system had failed.However, the technician from Freeflo Plumbing & Gas quickly identified that the issue was actually a burst hot water pipe, not the hot water system itself. They replaced the damaged hot water pipe and also installed a main water isolation valve for the sprinkler system, which wasn’t there before. They even noticed a small leak on an existing valve and replaced it at the same time.The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. What I appreciated most was their honesty, they could have easily recommended replacing the hot water system, but instead correctly diagnosed the real issue and saved me a lot of money. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy service.I would absolutely use Freeflo Plumbing & Gas again and highly recommend them.

I had a burst pipe and Freeflo responded immediately. They were able to provide repair straight away but suggested I contact my insurer as there would likely be other damage. Job turned into a basket case with the insurer being slow to respond and not allowing me to repair the leak. I had to call out Freeflo a number if times, I really messed them about but Carl and the team stuck with me and always provided prompt expert service so I can't recommend them enough, they did an excellent job. What a shame my insurer was not a little more like Freeflo...
