We used lionladder to repair squirrel damage on our roof. Will was professional, and easy to work with getting us an estimate and scheduling Quickly. The installers were quick efficient and had the damage repaired in no time so we elected to use them on my son‘s homeHis home needed complete Shingle and gutter replacement. They came in at a lower price quote and completed both the roofing and gutters and upon completion, the cleanup was to the point We couldn’t even tell they were there. When the installers removed the shingles on my son‘s house, they found damaged boards that they replaced prior to fixing the roof.Excellent company highly recommend.

Excellent communication on bids with pictures and views of roof. Great communication on timing of when the work will begin. Team was on time and completed the roof with excellent workmanship and cleaned up like nothing happened.

Ladder Lions (formerly Gutaphel Roofing) repaired a roof leak for us. I can't say enough good about them! They did have to come back a second time on a rainy day to locate the problem area, but they did not charge us for the extra trip. The crew was very polite, knowledgeable, and, professional. Ruben was easy to talk to and took pictures of what was found and repaired. He explained everything in detail. We had called our original roofer and got a less than kind response. We were told they (original roofer) were coming in the next few days to look/repair the leak, and then had a "no show" and after leaving SEVERAL MESSAGES and never receiving a single return call, we contacted Ladder Lions. Will was very kind, compassionate, and understanding with our frustration and stress of being "blown off" by our original roofer. He treated us respectfully, and he made sure the crew took care of our leak and told us not to worry about paying until the issue was fully resolved. It is so nice to know there are still compassionate, reputable people/companies out there. Absolutely no comparison between our original roofer and Ladder Lions! I would highly recommend them to everyone (and I already have).

They were exceptional. They came out immediately and helped guide us through the process. They were very responsive in getting us taken care of. That is unfortunately rare these days. We highly recommend them.

It all starts with communication! Will Hundley, the owner, was great at communicating throughout the process. From the visit for the estimate to the shingle selection process, to scheduling the installation, to the actual installation he was communicating throughout the whole process. The installation was planned for 7:00 and the team actually showed up EARLY at 6:15! They were able to knock out the entire roof replacement in a single day, which was huge because a storm moved through that evening. The roof looks awesome, and performed well in our first storm. After the job was completed, Will came through to check to make sure everything looked good and went smoothly. His team was professional and hard working. The price was also the best of the 3 companies I tried.
