They arrived when promised, they worked tremendously hard and had to complete meticulous measurements to make this railing work. My family experienced a house fire on December 18, 2025 at 3:00 am with significant damage. Tom Madsen and his crews stepped up immediately.Within a few days, the house was sealed including a new roof and exterior wall (At Christmas time).We were expected to be displaced for 6-9 months. After spending a significant amount of time researching for the perfect contractor, we found and hired Tom Madsen to create an addition on our home. He came highly recommended. Renovations are never easy as it requires where you live and do your everyday routine to be interrupted with the construction taking place around you. Tom and his crew were amazing. From the very time I reached out to him, I was impressed. He was always available to speak with us and always very patient as we were very particular with what we wanted done. His organizational skills made the experience run very smooth. He reached out to us almost on a daily basis with any updates he received and handled setbacks with ease ensuring us everything would work out and that he had it all handled. Not only did he guide us, but he also helped us with thinking outside of what we wanted and helped to make decisions we wouldn’t have even thought of. There were no surprises. He is honest and his crew are just as great. This was truly a great experience. I hired Tom Madsen to complete an addition to my home and garage while installing an elevator wide enough for a wheelchair. Throughout the entire project, Tom kept me informed of the arrival of subcontractors, delivery of materials and frequently checked the progress of the project. I engaged Tom to complete a renovation/conversion of a large walk-in attic space to an office. From developing initial rough concepts/renderings to the permitting and inspections process and through to actual construction, Tom was a pleasure to work with.
