I’ve used this transport service twice and both times were exceptional! The drivers were friendly, knowledgeable, and so kind (shout out to Tyrone and Calvin! They are my heroes!). The staff who schedule the rides (Katie is who I worked with both times…rock star!) kept in constant communication with me if there was any delay or update to my scheduled ride. They were also transparent and up front about the cost, availability, and set realistic expectations about different aspects of the scheduling and the ride itself. This service has been an answer to prayer since I’m not able to drive during my health recovery, but I still need reliable transportation to and from appointments. I highly recommend Lone Star Medical Transportation!!
