We truly could not have asked for a better realtor than Saint Clair (Sam) from Florida Connection. He was simply incredible throughout our entire home-buying journey, and we are certain he will be our realtor for life. We are a couple without children and no plans to have any, with very specific and uncommon preferences when it comes to the type and size of home we wanted. Our needs are not typical, and Sam was the only realtor who genuinely took the time to listen and understand us. He made a real effort to learn about our lifestyle, our hobbies, and our long-term goals. Because of that, he found the perfect home for us incredibly quickly, we saw fewer than three houses before finding exactly what we had been dreaming of. Our mortgage process, on the other hand, was long and complicated. We even had an initial contract that fell through. Despite that, Sam never gave up on us. He believed from the very beginning that everything would work out, and he stood by us the entire time. He went far beyond what would normally be expected from a realtor. He shared valuable advice that came not just from his professional experience, but from his own life experience as well. His guidance made a huge difference for us during such an important moment.Throughout the process, we felt fully supported (both technically and emotionally) during what can be a very stressful and anxiety-filled phase, full of uncertainty and bureaucracy.
