DavidThey treat you good here and the medical services are great. Whatever medicine you need, they get you to keep you healthy. And if you get sick they still come in and take of you, no matter what. They wash you up in the morning and get you dressed even if you have Covid. The staff here really care about you. They over and put you in bed at whatever time you choose to go to bed. I like getting in bed early. Heidi always takes care of anything I have concerns about. And she’ll come over and tell you the next day that she took care of it. The meals are good. Rhonda manages that. And the kitchen workers are come up here and help out breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are great to be around and nice to talk to. They are intelligent and they are always dressed appropriately. Tim the PA takes care of everybody no matter what. If they’re hurt or have a sniffle or they’re sick and if it’s beyond his capabilities he has them sent to the hospital right away and he sends his recommendations for treatment to the emergency room at the hospital. Penny takes care of all my paperwork that I have to send. She is always helpful and always care about people and she talks to you like you’re her brother and not a stranger.I’d recommend the place to anyone that wants to get taken care of because you will be. This is the best home I’ve ever been in.

If I had an option I would give zero stars. It's taken me a long time to post this but this place needs shut down. My mom passed in 2019 due to their neglecting her health needs. I have pictures proving her neglect. I also had to threaten them with a lawyer for them to take my mom to the hospital. When she arrived we found out she had septic pneumonia. She was only there for three days and sent back. She died choking on her own phlegm. So sad that she had to go through this.

It's going to be 7 years that I was here. I was in a car accident. This Home is closer to where my sister and brothers live and it's easier for them to visit me. The nurses and aids are nice and treat me well. The therapy people are very good. They finally got me to stand, and I'm getting stronger there. We have Catholic Mass at the chapel here. I find the people here very easy to talk to even though I'm usually shy. We have music events here, art class too. And then there is cooking activity in the winter. And of course, bingo.I would recommend this Home to anyone.

I have been here a little over a year. They have treated me very nice, the people are nice and there is always something to do. I'm satisfied with everything. The aids, the nurses are all very, very nice. They help you a lot. They are very nice people. You get to meet a lot of people here.I would recommend this place especially if you require dialysis in house. And they are very nice at the dialysis room, they keep the atmosphere fun, and they don't miss a holiday for decorating. They play music if you request it. Who even knew dialysis could be fun?

Theres is a lot to say about nursing homes, some have good experiences, some have bad. I want to tell you the background about a "Nursing Home". I was hesitant to put my granddad in a Nursing Home because of the things you here. He was only going for a short period of time to rehab and was able to speak for himself. We knew the rehab was needed so we did it. We chose Maybrook Hills. Day 1, the staff greeted him and oriented him to his room and roommate. If you would've seen how busy these people were, you wouldve never thought they had time to even say hi, but I witnessed them literally drop what they were doing to say hello to him. I was immediately comforted. Day 2, when I got in to see him, he was bright eyed and smiling eating his lunch, despite me thinking I was about to walk into an angry granddad, upset that I left him. He told me first names of staff that he spoke to, their role and what his plan of care was. I dont even know that much detail about the "trusted" person I hand my hard earned money over to at the bank. I knew for sure that he was in good hands. Nobody WANTS to go into a nursing home, but if I ever have to, Maybrook will be my choice. Additionally, Shmully, which I believe is there for quality, rounded and made my granddad smile and gave him so much reassurance about his decision to rehab. If he had a question that Shmully didnt have the answer to, he would always go find out. The S2 rehab staff are top notch, the Administrator and DON are very down to earth and approachable. Dont believe all the nonsense you hear on the streets, the people I met couldnt have treated their own loved ones any better.

Staff went above and beyond for each and every resident. The activities staff was second to none. Mary Jane was treated with respect and dignity which means a lot in this setting. We are very grateful for all of the staff who were involved with Mary Jane. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts 💞!

They take very good care of our momma. The nurses got there hands full but, I am thankful for them all. I know momma doesn't get the care she would get at home but, she needed more then we could give her. I am thankful to each and everyone involved with her care. I come everyday some days momma isn't herself but everyone there is patient with her.
