It was a wonderful experience. I had a great time enjoying the class. I felt good and energized after finishing the kickboxing class.

This is a great dojo for anyone looking to get into martial arts. Beyond teaching the physical movements, the instructors are invested in ensuring students feel like a part of the dojo family, understand the purpose and history behind the discipline, and become a well rounded martial artist.
